Ingredients:
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
125 g butter
80 g sugar
2 egg yolks
topping:
100 g sugar
2 teaspoons starch flour
500 g red currants
2 egg whites
preparation:Stir flour with Baking powder, sugar, egg yolks
and butter. Cool the dough for 30 minutes. Then give the
dough in a baking tin (26 cm diameter) and bake for 25
minutes in the preheated baking oven (180 C).
Topping:Beat egg whites until stiff, stir the starch flour
under this. Stir carefully the red currants under the egg
whites. Spoon this on the cake and bake until it is pale brown.
