Ingredients: 200 g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 125 g butter 80 g sugar 2 egg yolks topping: 100 g sugar 2 teaspoons starch flour 500 g red currants 2 egg whites preparation:Stir flour with Baking powder, sugar, egg yolks and butter. Cool the dough for 30 minutes. Then give the dough in a baking tin (26 cm diameter) and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated baking oven (180 C). Topping:Beat egg whites until stiff, stir the starch flour under this. Stir carefully the red currants under the egg whites.
